  • Individual interviews with each stakeholder (30 minutes each)
  • 10-15 stakeholders
  • 2-3 weeks to complete

  • Work with the key champions to understand the high-level overview and background.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with stakeholders.
  • Identify common themes and determine a problem statement list.
  • Divide problem statements into themes relevant to the business.

Current State Mapping

Identify and map the current state of processes, systems, and data flows across the current order-to-cash (O2C) ecosystem.

  • Map the current solutions, processes, and activities for each team.
  • List the challenges for each area caused by the current solution and processes.
  • Prepare a readout and clean copy of the data captured during the workshop.
