- Work with the key champions to understand the high-level overview and background.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with stakeholders.
- Identify common themes and determine a problem statement list.
- Divide problem statements into themes relevant to the business.

Current State Mapping
Identify and map the current state of processes, systems, and data flows across the current order-to-cash (O2C) ecosystem.

- Map the current solutions, processes, and activities for each team.
- List the challenges for each area caused by the current solution and processes.
- Prepare a readout and clean copy of the data captured during the workshop.
